How soon will my order be shipped?

Since all of our products are made to order, your order will ship in 3-4 weeks depending on the volume of orders we are receiving at the time your order is placed.

What is the warranty on your Park Benches?

All of Park Bench Source's thermoplastic-coated products are backed with a 5-year warranty against corrosion. Also, your commercial park benches are warrantied against any rust outs (rusting through the metal) for a period of 5 years. Surface rust or cosmetic paint deterioration is excluded.

Do I have to put my park bench together once it arrives?

Yes, Park Bench Source ships all our products KD (knocked down) to cut down on shipping costs. All commercial grade park benches are very simple to put together and are packed with all necessary hardware and easy-to-read instructions. We have never received any complaints regarding a commercial park bench installation.

How do I pay for my order?

Park Bench Source accepts all major credit cards, personal checks (product does not ship until check clears), and company checks and purchase orders (based on approved credit line).

Can I set up a Commercial Account?

Yes, Park Bench Source sells to the general public, but the majority of our accounts are contract commercial. Please contact us, and we will be glad to email a credit application to your company. Simply fill out the application completely and fax it back to us.

Is it safe to order commercial park benches online?

Yes! All transactions are secured using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. It encrypts all of your personal information, including your name, address and credit card information, before it is sent over the internet. We take security and privacy extremely serious and invest significant money and time to ensure your safety.
